Sr. High Youth Ministry

Our Sr. High Youth ministry program includes 9th - 12th graders.

The Sr. High Youth meet each Sunday morning from 9:45 to 10:45am for the Sr. High Power Hour. The Sr. High youth also meet monthly for “Real U Bible Study, Dinner & a Movie.” “Real U” meets once a month on Sunday evening at a specified host home.

The Sr. High Youth do bi-monthly service projects both here at Grace and in the Arlington community. We support and serve our community through Arlington Life Shelter and Arlington Charities. The first Wednesday of each month we serve the Grace Braille ministry during our regularly scheduled youth time. We also do service projects such as: church campus clean up, Habitat for Humanity, baby sitting, volunteering at Vacation Bible School, toy collections, Easter breakfast, Advent meals and Lent meals. We are planning towards a mission trip in the summer of 2009.

• The Sr. High Youth meet every Wednesday evening all year round from 7:00 to 8:30pm in the Youth Shed for fun and fellowship.
• Each June we take a three day trip to Schlitterbahn Water Parkat New Braunfels, Texas.
• Every three years we travel to Orlando or New Orleans for our largest event, the National Youth Gathering.
• We have monthly activities and events for the Sr. High Youth and friends to participate in. The following are some of the activities you could expect to be a part of here at Grace: summer-time pool parties, Christian concerts, Rangers games, movie nights, monster truck rally’s, mall excursions, Super Bowl parties, cook outs, putt putt, bowling, dances, go-carting and lock-in’s.
