Stephen Ministry Survey

The following survey is designed to measure our congregation’s level of awareness and ownership for Stephen Ministry. Taking five minutes to answer these questions by May 24th will greatly help our Stephen Ministers and Leaders to be better equipped to serve you AND you will be able to join us for “Holy Donuts and Coffee” on Sunday, May 31st in the Library!

1. Do you know what Stephen Ministry is and have a basic understanding of how it works?	Yes No
